How to Re-Program Your Mind?
Set positive reminders on your phone daily
Don’t consume so much “Mainstream” Media
Look for a creative outlet that you use your own mind for (no googling)
meditation techniques for breathing
Be aware of your perception of media propaganda
Make space to be who you are and do what you love!
Enjoy the moment, Live for now, right now!
Use your imagination for your own vision! (put yourself into your image)
Record yourself saying positive things, play it back to yourself before sleep.
Don’t be afraid to change everything up, change is the key!
